  6. World Time for Windows is a simple desk accessory which displays the time
  7. at various locations all around the world. It does *not* run in Real Mode.
  8.  
  9. World Time for Windows is "freeware". Please read the disclaimer in the
  10. manual (WINTIME.WRI).

  12. This program is distributed as a ZIP file. Detailed installation instructions
  13. are given in the manual. WINTIME.ZIP contains:

  15.         WINTIME.EXE     - The Windows 3.0 executable
  16.         WINTIME.WRI     - The manual in Windows Write format
  17.         README.1ST      - This file
  18.  
  19. IMPORTANT:
  20.     You must set the TZ (time zone) environment string correctly for
  21. World Time for Windows to function. Please refer to the manual for details
  22. on how to do this.
